A one-day InspoFest where teens take control of their digital lives and celebrate meaningful connections.

In partnership with Kids Help Phone. October 21st, 2025 at Meridian Hall in Toronto.

By fostering a culture of mindful digital and social media use, we aim to protect mental wellness, strengthen self-awareness, and encourage meaningful connections both
