The essentials
Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at Meridian Hall, 1 Front St E, Toronto. Free for school groups, Grades 9 to 12. Students bring their own lunch, a water bottle and a bag for any swag.
The day runs across five chapters: mental health and digital wellness, self-expression and identity, digital citizenship and media literacy, social impact and community, and the future of work. Last year 82% of teachers reported meaningful classroom discussions afterwards, and every participating teacher receives an Educator Reflection Guide after the event to carry the conversation into class.

Your school’s arrival window, drop-off point, seating block and a day-of contact number come to you by email in early October. Until then, plan to arrive from 8:30 a.m. and for return transport to leave after 2:00 p.m.

On the day
Check-in takes about a minute
Bring your envelope of signed media consent forms to the arrival table. You will get your school’s wristbands to hand out on the spot. Students without a signed form still come in and get the second wristband colour, which tells our photographers not to film them. No tickets to print.
Write your school name, student count and number of students without a media form on the outside of the envelope. It saves everyone time at the door.
The Mainstage and three floors to explore
The mainstage
The 90-minute show from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Five chapters, speakers and performers. Every school sits together in its assigned block and stays for the whole show.
The market
Partner activations, community tables and hands-on activities, organized by the five chapters. Students collect stamps as they go.
The loft
Two lounges. The Educator Lounge is teachers only, open all day, with refreshments, somewhere to sit and classroom resources to take back with you. The Student Lounge is a place for students to relax, play games and make friends.
The lawn
The Lawn Festival. A pop-up stage, the roller rink, the OFFLINE Arcade and a quiet room, open before and after the show.

We’re going to RALLY on Wednesday, October 14. It’s Canada’s digital wellness festival for high school students, at Meridian Hall in Toronto. A mainstage show, hands-on activities and a lawn festival with roller skating. Bring your lunch and comfortable shoes. Nobody leaves the building without a teacher.
Questions Teachers Ask
Is there a cost to attend?
No. RALLY is free for school groups. Schools cover their own transport.
Will lunch be provided?
No. Students bring their own lunch and a water bottle. There is time to eat before and after the mainstage show. If students want to head out for food, a teacher goes with them.
What should students bring and wear?
Lunch, a water bottle, a bag and comfortable clothes and shoes. Everything is indoors, including the Lawn Festival. Phones are fine, but nobody needs one to take part.
Do we have to stay for the whole mainstage show?
Yes. Every school attends the full show from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. and sits together in its assigned block. Plan return transport to leave after 2:00 p.m. You are welcome to stay until the festival ends at 4:00 p.m.
Do teachers need to stay with their group all day?
Supervision stays with your school and your board’s ratios apply, the same as any excursion. Outside the show, students move between the spaces at their own pace, so most teachers set a meeting point and check-in times rather than walking as one group. The Educator Lounge in The Loft is a good base. During the show everyone sits together. Any student leaving the building for any reason needs a teacher with them.
Where do buses drop off and pick up?
Your drop-off point comes with your arrival window in early October, along with your check-in details and seating block. Directions by TTC and on foot are in Know Before You Go, ready October 8.
What if our bus is running late?
Call the day-of number on your school summary. We will hold your wristbands at the arrival table and get your group in.
What happens if a student does not have a signed media consent form?
They still come and take part in everything. They get the second wristband colour, which tells our photographers and film crew not to feature them.
How does roller skating work?
Students who want to skate bring the signed roller skating waiver and hand it to the SUSO Skates team when they collect skates. Sessions run in small groups throughout the day.
What about accessibility?
Tell us what your students need in the booking form or by email. Accessible seating, step-free routes and a quiet space are available, and we will work with you on anything else.
